Class Attire
All dance clothing & shoes needed for class at the Royal Academy of Ballet can be purchased through our online store. All items are shipped directly to your house and should arrive in a week or less. Once you get on the site choose your class with the drop down menu. Each class has items listed that are needed for the class (tights, leotard, and shoes). If there is more than one of each item listed, you have a choice of which item to purchase. For example if there is more than 1 type of ballet slipper listed, you can choose which one you want to buy. Click on the button below to access the online Store.

Ballet
Pre Ballet – Revolution Blush Pink Basic Short Sleeved (#RD50029), pink tights & pink leather ballet slippers. No skirts for class. Hair in bun.
A1 Ballet – Revolution Soft Blue Basic Short Sleeved (#RD50029), pink tights & pink leather ballet slippers. No skirts for class. Hair in bun.
A2 Ballet – Revolution Lavender Classic Tank Scoop Neck Leotard (#RD50068), Revolution Color Flow Footed Pink tights & pink leather ballet slippers. No skirts for class. Hair in bun.
B1 Ballet – Revolution Royal Blue Classic Tank Leotard (#RD5003), Revolution Color Flow Convertible Pink & pink leather ballet slippers. No skirts for class. Hair in bun.
B2 Ballet – Revolution Teal Classic Tank leotard (#RD50003), Revolution Seamed Mesh Convertible Ballet Pink & pink leather ballet slippers. No skirts for class. Hair in bun.
C1 & C2 Ballet – Solid Black leotard, pink tights & pink ballet slippers. No skirts for technique class. Hair in bun.
Adult Ballet – Solid color leotard, & tights or leggings & pink ballet slippers.
Pointe – Pink tights required.
Pre-Pointe – Convertible pink tights & exercise band (sold at front desk for $5.00).
Variations – Solid colored leotard and pink tights, Pink ballet slippers or Pointe Shoes.
Boys & Men
Boys / Men Ballet – White T-shirt, Black leggings or biker shorts, black ballet slippers for ballet classes, black jazz shoes, for jazz classes. 12 yrs and up should wear a dance belt or support.
Jazz, Lyrical & Modern
Jazz I – Solid colored leotard black tights or jazz pants, Tan jazz slip-ons. Hair off neck.
Jazz II –Solid colored leotard black tights or jazz pants, Tan jazz slip-ons. Hair off neck.
Jazz III / IV – Solid colored leotard, black tights or jazz pants, turning shoe. Hair off neck.
Lyrical – Solid colored leotard & tights or jazz pants. Turning shoe. Hair off neck.
Modern – Solid colored leotard & tights or dance pants, bare feet required. Hair off neck.
Tap, Hip Hop & Musical Theater
Tap – Solid colored leotard & tights, tap shoes. Hair off neck.
Hip Hop – Black sneakers that are worn ONLY for class are required. No Sneakers worn outside of the studio.
Musical Theater – Solid colored leotard & tights, tan jazz shoes. Hair off neck.
